How are we able to achieve rapid bottom-line improvement, especially in a downturn? We do this by applying a very successful but (so far) little known approach based on 'The Theory of Constraints'. Invented by Elli Goldratt in the 1980's, the Theory of Constraints (TOC) is a holistic or systems approach to improving companies. TOC was first brought to the attention of the business world through Goldratt's book 'The Goal', published in 1984.

When consultants work on a day rate basis, there is potential for a conflict of interest. As the client, you want to achieve the results of the improvement project as fast as possible. But from the consultant's point of view, the faster the project is completed, the less they get paid! To avoid any potential conflict, we prefer to agree payments based on the results that you want for your business.
