of steps. |
| STEP
1 – We will meet with you and your top management
to discuss what a Step Change will mean for your company. We will also
discuss the 3 Barriers and how they apply in your consumer supply chain
and in your company. |

| STEP 2 – If you decide to go ahead,
we will collect the relevant information on your
company and the consumer supply chain that you are part of. |
|
| STEP 3 – We will develop a
general solution to achieve a Step Change for your company, if
possible. |
|
| STEP 4 – We will present the
general solution to you and the top management of your company. |
|
| NOTE: There
is no charge for the steps up to this point. |
| STEP 5 – If you decide to continue,
we will negotiate a contract to cooperate in a Step
Change project. At this point the Step Change for your company will be
defined and agreed. |

| Also, we will negotiate and agree a fee
for the Step Change. The fee will be linked to the value of the Step
Change to your company. The payment terms will be agreed on this
basis: |

• We will agree a small fee for carrying out the
project
• The bulk of the fee will depend on
achieving the results defined in the contract. The contract
will define performance criteria and payment thresholds |

facilitate and work with you to plan and implement the project
